The Chill Room |
Sweet, mellow, melodious music fills the air in this room; within a few minutes, it has worked its way into your very bones, soothing and calming your troubled spirit. This room's heavy, oppressive red brick wall has been covered with a deep, mellow velvet drape surrounding the whole room. Strewn across the floor of the room are dozens of big, firm yet comfortable throw cushions in various colourful patterns. A large horseshoe shaped sofa occupies the centre of the room, the two ends facing the Garden entrance. More cushions are strewn about the floor in the centre, and there is a table with a pitcher of water and some small wooden cups. You pour yourself a cupful of water and taste it. It is absolutely crystal pure, and its flavour cuts right through any last traces of thirst you have had. Looking about you, you realise that there are two exits from this room: to the Garden, and back out to the Hallway.
